GSO tries to bring books back to earth by discussing the themes as they sit in the world today. But, we’re just two dudes with microphones. It’s y’all who are out there doing the thing.

To honor books and our love for writing we embarked on a life guided by these values:

Wisdom is the desired outcome between knowledge and life experiences, and though we only live one life, we can learn from thousands through books.

We believe books are pathways to infinite knowledge. They are pieces of wisdom passed down from those who have already been there and done that. They have the power to change our perspective, spark inspiration, and guide us to living our best life.

Freedom is the ability to live as we choose. It’s a state of mind where we can think and do what makes us happy. The ability to read allows us to be free; it opens doors to new worlds and enables us to explore other realities without limitations. We believe in promoting reading to be who we came to be.
We believe the world would be better if people read more books! Reading allows us to understand and share in the feelings of others, even those who are different from us. It enables empathy, exploring the human experience, offering new visions and perspectives, transporting us into someone else’s mind, and allowing us to see and feel what others do.
Curiosity makes our minds active. It’s a thirst for knowledge, a desire to search for questions, and to learn something new. It helps us keep an open mind and aids our personal development facilitating a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around. We will never stop questioning, and we will always live in curiosity.
